As part of the Branding team at 2x4, we created guidelines to re-fresh the identity of the Smithsonian's Freer | Sackler Galleries in Washington DC. The guides incorporated a core color palette drawn from James McNeill Whistler’s iconic “Peacock Room”, an updated "F|S" logomark and visual hierarchy, new strategic messaging in bold typography, + more.
